Intuitive energetic work
My energy healing work has its roots in Reiki, a Japanese form of energy healing developed by Dr. Mikao Usui, as well as in my Indian heritage and the healing tools passed on from my ancestors. Energy work can help reduce stress, release stagnant energy, relieve pain, promote deep relaxation, relieve muscle tension, strengthen the immune system, and energize and balance the whole body.
An intuitive body scan, allows me to sense and release blockages and energetical bonds. Old traumas are gently released and a healing process starts to begin.
An energy healing session lasts 45 minutes. During the healing session, I will either place my hands on or lightly over you.
Womb Healing
The Womb Healing - a unique ritual where the feminine energy is brought into balance. Thereby aiming to counteract the effects of modern life by replenishing depleted archetypal energy chakras so that we are whole and comfortable with all aspects of ourselves.
The main female energy centers, including the uterine energy center, are energized, resulting in a sense of wholeness, completeness and centeredness, security and empowerment in our femininity. Also healing generational trauma.
Clearing blockages that limit our archetypal energies so that we can live a richer version of our femininity and have access to creativity, sexuality, intuition, clarity, wisdom and spirituality that are in our authentic nature.
Mindfulness Training
Mindfulness is a skill that every human being has.
To be able to perceive one's own life as it unfolds in the present moment, without judgment, fear or uncertainty.
Pure perception (= mindfulness) without judgment is a different way of life. It's kinder, more compassionate, more constructive. We learn to let go of the past and to stop worrying about the future, living every present moment to the fullest.
Mindfulness has its roots in ancient practices, particularly in Buddhism. In the late 1970s these practices were translated into an understandable, applicable, eight-week program ( Jon Kabat-Zinn ). This course is also offered privately. Please check events for group sessions
Soma Breath
The SOMA Awakening Breathwork Session combines rhythmic breathing and ancient forms of Kumbhaka Pranayama (breath retention) with music specially designed to take you to gamma level brain wave states.
You will experience a 1 hour session that expands your consciousness, reprograms the subconscious and has been scientifically proven to improve your health.
Whether the purpose is, relationship, business or health, this session will help you visualize your future self and unlock your power within to create the reality you want.
Mediumship consultations
Most people have already experienced that when they think of a person, they shortly afterwards calls. We may dismiss this as coincidence, but in reality it is picking up of thought vibrations.
In mediumship, these vibrations can be perceived as very fine, immeasurable energies. Like, for example, radio waves travel through the ether and transmit a message.
In mediumship we have the ability to perceive these vibrations and energies in order to get in touch with the spiritual world. We have trained to understand and pass on messages, and build an authentic channel of communication between the client and the loved ones who have passed on.
