In a short session of 30min - Participants are le into a deep state of relaxation and calmess. Tehy are also taught short exercises, which are only 3 minutes long, that are be easily intergrated intp their daily lives. Improvements can be seen in as little as 3 weeks, if practised daily.
Participants are lying down for this session. Normal clothing is suited
