Rooted in the principles of self-hypnosis, Autogenic Training is a powerful technique that enables individuals to enter a deep state of calm and renewal—physically, mentally, and emotionally. By repeating simple, structured phrases, participants learn to influence their internal state and release tension stored in the body.

Each 60-minute session includes guided relaxation, followed by the teaching of short, practical exercises—just 3 minutes long—that can be easily incorporated into daily life.

 

Noticeable improvements often occur within as little as three weeks of daily practice. Sessions are held lying down, in comfortable everyday clothing.
