in the work place
What is Autogenes Training
Autogenes Training is a scientifically backed relaxation method developed by German psychiatrist Johannes Heinrich Schultz in the 1930s. It uses structured mental exercises and self-suggestion to induce a calm, focused state. By repeating specific phrases, participants learn to regulate their autonomic nervous system—reducing stress and enhancing mental clarity. Optimally a 6-8 week programme, that allows the client to be able to calm themselves down within 75 seconds.
